We want you to love your order. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund or exchange, for any reason.
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. You do not pay anything to send an item back.
To be accepted, the item must be:
Items that are damaged, soiled or incomplete because of use cannot be accepted.
Email us at hello@blanketory.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, once approved, send you a free prepaid return label with the return address.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@blanketory.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the problem. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you would like a different color or item, email us at hello@blanketory.com. The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@blanketory.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, please follow the return process above once it arrives.
